Why is it not possible to access the portal?

This article describes different reasons why it is not possible to login to the portal.

  • You have forgotten your credentials.
    You can log in to the portal with your e-mail address and your personally selected password on the start page. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it at any time on the start page. You can find instructions here.
  • You have not yet received a confirmation email from your "Customer Admin" or you can no longer find your confirmation email in your mailbox.
    Likewise, you will receive a new confirmation email from your admin as follows:
    1. Your admin login to the portal with his credentials.
    2. The admin navigates in the menu to Admin > Users (see figure).
    3. By clicking on the user's action button (1.) and selecting the option "Resend confirmation email" (2.) an email confirmation will be sent

  • You are using the credentials of the Solytic demo account.
    Have you used our demo account in the past to get a first impression of the portal? Check if you are using the credentials of the Solytic demo account on the start page. These may have been saved and used automatically by the browser. In this case, change the login data to your personal e-mail address and password.
