Instructions for checking your solar system
Before contacting our support team, please check the following points. This rules out irrelevant errors and our team can provide support more quickly:
Exclude on site problems:
- Is there no 0% active power limitation on the system?
- Plug and cable connections checked?
- Did the data logger recognize all devices?
- No error messages on data loggers and inverters?
Rule out network disruptions:
- Interference from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) can be ruled out?
- The data logger/inverter is in the correct network?
- Can the data files be sent through the firewall?
Portal problem verification:
- Does the raw data from the logger arrive on our server?
