Why is no live data displayed in the portal?

Instructions for checking your solar system

Before contacting our support team, please check the following points. This rules out irrelevant errors and our team can provide support more quickly:

Exclude on site problems:

  • Is there no 0% active power limitation on the system?
  • Plug and cable connections checked?
  • Did the data logger recognize all devices?
  • No error messages on data loggers and inverters?

Rule out network disruptions:

  • Interference from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) can be ruled out?
  • The data logger/inverter is in the correct network?
  • Can the data files be sent through the firewall?

Portal problem verification:

  • Does the raw data from the logger arrive on our server?
If you have checked all of the above and still no data is displayed in the portal - please contact our support team.
