  4. On the user interface, navigate to PV system using the top navigation bar
  5. Then navigate to Online Portal using the left menu and then click on Push Service
  6. Set the FTP push function on your blue'Log to "Active" and enter the FTP access data from the data source in the Solytic portal:
    • FTP server name: gateway.solytic.com
    • FTP port: "Default" or "21"

Further information on data transmission

After data transmission has been successfully set up, the data is sent to our FTP server in XML format. Further information on this:

  • All blue'Logs offer the function of communicating to the safer'Sun Professional or Virtual Control Room (VCOM) portals and to the Solytic portal.
  • By default, the data is only sent once a day at 00:00
  • If you want minute-by-minute monitoring, you may need an additional license

For the blue'Logs X-1000 and X-3000, an additional license must be purchased once in order to increase the data transmission interval.
The license is already included and activated for the blue'Log X-6000.

To purchase the FTP license, please contact Meteocontrol GmbH.
