FTP Push was set up, but why is there no data in the portal? (2.0)

Concerns first FTP push or after a logger exchange

Please check the following:

  1. If errors are notified, error codes are displayed on the device
    -> check the configuration pages in the manufacturer's manual. Observe the manufacturer's suggested solutions.
  2. There are no errors on the device and still no data is displayed in the portal,
    -> contact us.
  3. Data processing may take a few minutes. If after approx. 10 minutes still no data are displayed, please check whether also all parameters like e.g. data format were selected correctly according to our specifications. If still no data is processed in the portal,
    -> contact us.
